Virginia Alonso-Luis

 As a child, I was terrified of the loud, scary noises the power box outside my home made, but my mother assured me that through singing, all horrifying forces are disempowered. I started singing then, and I never let it go. Maybe because it made scary things seem smaller, or maybe because I, sort of accidentally, fell in love with telling stories. I've expanded my work a bit since then, I love acting, singing, and songwriting, or through devising art-- some combination of all three. Resume available here:
